New camera’s overheating. There are camera coolers, but THEY WANT HOW MUCH MONEY FOR A FAN IN A BOX? So I made my own with spare parts. 50x50 heatsink, 4010 12V fan, a USB-PD 12V trigger and a 3D printed case. Topped off with a copper plate cut to size because I had no spare thermal pad. <₹1000 total.

3D model for a camera cooler made in FreeCAD.Underside with a copper plate over an aluminium heatsink and a USB-PD decoy trigger set to 12V, covered with Kapton tape.Frontside with a 4010 fan blowing onto the heatsink, fins exposed to the sides, with a USB-C port on the bottom left.Cooler mounted on the camera with a small strip of foam tape for grip tension.
