I tooted the toot below regarding Pinterest as a bit of a throwaway remark, not knowing a ton about Pinterest's internals in recent years.

Well…

The former (because she was fired!) Product & Icon Designer at Pinterest, Bonnie Kate Wolf, has just spilled the beans that *internally* she had raised concerns that users don't want slop content/features and that employee morale was trending downwards. And their response?

“You're fired!”

Fuck Pinterest.
