Anyone else noticed issues with Discord setting up reoccurring events and start times jumping as DST starts/ends?

This is the bug I filed in Discord's support channel recently. They just closed it as "solved" with no comment, while in reality it's still broken

Time Zones. Sigh. I can see why programmers keep suggesting scrapping them (tho I don't actually agree with that plan)
