1. Gibt es eine verbindliche Zwei-Faktor Authentifizierung für alle Computer-Arbeits-plätze im Bezirksamt und welche Faktoren werden dabei kombiniert?
Zu 1:
Die Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung sichert den Zugang zu dem Computersystem, indem zwei Faktoren aus verschiedenen Bereichen der Kategorien Wissen, Biometrie oder Besitz geprüft werden.
Unsere Computersysteme sind mit einer Benutzer-kennung und einem Passwort abgesichert. Dies entspricht einem Faktor aus dem Bereich "Wissen" Zudem sind die Systeme nur in Dienstzimmern zu benutzen, welche durch ein Schließsystem gesichert sind. Dies ist ein Faktor aus der Kategorie "Besitz" Hierzu zählen wir auch die Privatwohnungen bei der Heimarbeit (Telearbeit). Zudem sind die ThinClients für die Telearbeitenden besonders gesicherte Geräte.
Damit sind mindestens zwei Bedingungen zu erfül-len, um Zugang zu unserem Computersystem zu er-langen.
