I received response to my FOI petition to the European Commission regarding their acceptance of Twitter Terms and Conditions.

Their answer is that there is no documentation that supported their acceptance. That is to say, nobody studied the legal implications of accepting Twitter's conditions. Somebody should be responsible for this :-/

I refer to your request for access to European Commission documents addressed to the Legal Service of the Commission on 21 November 2022, registered on the same date under the above-mentioned reference number. Your request was re-attributed to DG Communication on 30 November 2022.
You request access to: 1-.The Commission documents that contains the acceptance of Twitter Terms and Conditions by the Commission, Commissioners, other public bodies
dependent of the Commission and other persons acting on behalf of the Commission and its bodies. 2. Specifically, access to the documents, if any, that provided legal opinion allowing the Commission, Commissioners, other public bodies dependent of the Commission and other persons acting on behalf of the Commission and its bodies, to accept Twitter's Terms and Conditions and if there have been special conditions related to applicable law and courts jurisdiction regarding the usage of Twitter website.
I regret to inform you that the Commission does not hold any documents that would
correspond to the description given in your application.
