전속 계약 당사자인 다니엘에 관해 금일 ㅇ중 법원에 위약벌 및 손해배상 소장을 접수할 예정"이라고 밝혔다. 이어 "전속 계약 당사자가 아닌 다니엘의 가족 1인과 민희진 전 대표에게는 뉴진스 이탈과 복귀 지연에 대한 책임을 물어 손해배상을 요구하는 소송을 진행할 예정"이라고 설명했다.
