가고시마현 大黒屋의 낙화생 모나카. 땅콩가루와 흰 앙금으로 만든다. 제주도 우도땅콩처럼 남쪽 특산물이다 싶어 재미있네요. 규슈쪽이 사탕수수 산지와 가까운데다가 (흑설탕) 서양하고 빨리 접해서 달콤한 디저트가 강하다고.
