일본의 한식은 당연하지만 10년 전에도 백화점 식당가에도 있고 그랬지만, 기본적으로는 매니악한 외국 식당이나 식도락 아저씨들의 비밀 밥술집 느낌으로 알려지고 그랬는데 요즘은 힙하고 인스타그래머블한 깔끔세련 레스토랑이 확 늘어서 신기하고 재미있음.
그리고 제주계 교포들이 많이 살아서 아마 서울보다 제주순대집이 일본에 더 많을 듯...
