Trying to reload a lot of code I wrote a long time ago into my head for code review purposes. @tsyesikaJessica Tallon is working on some interesting changes in response to @kriskowalKris Kowal 🧙‍♂️ and @kumavis having proposed some changes to the spec, and those changes look promising based @tsyesikaJessica Tallon's experiments. We'll see!

OCapN work has been really heating up lately as the Endo folks have been doing their own implementation! It's an exciting time!
