My mom met my incredibly anxious dog today… and it went wonderfully? Like I’ve never seen him this well-behaved and calm around any human other than me and my spouse? I’m super glad but like what the heck… he literally barks more at me when I come home than he did at her.

He is on sedatives, but even with them he usually still freaks out when new people enter the house.
