If a US president wanted to do everything possible to cede dominance to China, they would

• destroy US trade partnerships ✔️
• destroy US military alliances and come out against NATO ✔️
• drastically cut funding to US science ✔️
• make it hard for foreign students to study and work in the US ✔️
• damage US democratic institutions and make it more like an authoritarian regime ✔️

and oh yeah

• push the US into another war in the Middle East ✔️
