The Topos Institute is a leading center of research on applied category theory, led by a team including my former graduate student Brendan Fong. They're doing great things!

Their UK branch is growing, supported by the UK government's Advanced Research and Invention Agency. They're hiring a Director of UK Operations: an Oxford-based role (hybrid, with some flexibility) shaping finance, operations, and strategy.

Salary: £70,000–£85,000 + benefits

Experience: 5+ years in operations, finance, or organizational leadership (nonprofit/research preferred).
