Honestly blown away by @reiver@reiver ⊼ (Charles) funding #FediCon out of pocket, even covering expensive recording of the event for everyone.

Some may overlook that he spent more than most fediverse servers do yearly.

He prioritized accessibility, pricing tickets at $15 or free (when they should have been $100+ to cover costs).

So grateful for leaders like him and @evanEvan Prodromou that provide so much for our fediverse ecosystem.

@dansup @reiver@reiver ⊼ (Charles) @evanEvan Prodromou wow, kudos. All by the generosity of the community. So does this mean the event will be available to view off line, I guess so. I've learnt a lot about the #fediverse from #fediverseevents by watching after the event and in particular when I could not be there in person.
