Re: recent Spotify news I’d like to remind everyone a local music library is still 100% viable in 2025.

I recommend:

1. Buy music from Bandcamp, 37digital, iTunes, or Amazon

2. Sync with Plex (requires home server + sub) or iTunes Match (cheap sub)

3. Backup with something like Backblaze or Arq
