I've never actually done an introduction post, so I figured it's time.
I'm used to being a lurker because I've had a hard time engaging on social media. But on Mastodon I feel safe enough to be a little vulnerable.
I'm a software engineer with over a decade of experience working on SaaS software
I moved from NJ to Boston to work for Blue State Digital. I worked on Universal Quick Donate, a way to store payment methods and donate to any of our customers. I also worked on the mass mailer, and other things.
I moved to HubSpot and have been there since. I started on the Social Team, integrating our product with social networks. Then I moved to the FinTech group and have been working on financial compliance and preventing discrepancies in our billing systems.
I'm an atheist, a husband, a father of two, and we have two cats. I play lots of video games, board games, and should get out more.
I also work on various code projects in my spare time
