@stefanoStefano Marinelli I had a billing issue with Wasabi when a credit card expired. I updated the card in the webapp. The next month’s bill was charged to that card. A couple weeks later, they deleted my account and immediately eliminated my data.
I contacted support: turns out they had not attempted to rebill for the original month’s invoice. So I was “90 days in arrears.” Even with me on the phone, credit card in hand, the day of the termination, they couldn’t restore my data or account.
