Mozilla is shutting down Pocket to focus on Firefox. Makes sense, it was weird that Mozilla acquired Pocket in the first place. But I'm a heavy user, I even use Pocket on my e-reader, almost every day. It's gonna be impossible finding a decent replacement 😢

I ended up picking @wallabag to replace #Pocket. It does everything I used from Pocket, including (via a small detour) syncing with my Kobo e-reader.
Bonus points: it's #FOSS and you can self-host (or you can just use their service which is located in Europe) so that's one less American tech dependency
