I had an issue last time I did live #strudel - the sample pack only partly loaded... I think maybe to an earlier, cached version?? It left me with only 30% of the sounds triggering, a compromised set, and a confused look on my face.

So I made a local sample server, which points at a strudel.json.
I tried a couple of existing solutions, but they didn't fit (no named samples; unable to serve multiple packs etc.)

This isn't production ready, but you can try it if you like:
