If there is ever a list of "Weirdest #GURPS supplements", then this would probably make it into the Top 5 (it's a very competitive field).

Though if you are into that kind of thing, it's a very useful collection of essays on cvilization-ending disasters. Plus a look into the "Prepper" community, years before most of us knew just how weird those guys are.
