Hoping to attend FediCon this year! It's fantastic that it's in Canada, which makes it much more convenient for the North American crowd than FOSDEM. I usually do some pretty technical topics, but would something more high level be better? Earlier this year I presented a talk on a way to fix the "quiet fedi" problem.
