“장마가 벌써 끝났나요?” 지난달 중순에 ‘장마 시작’이었는데, 비 대신 폭염·열대야 소식만 이어지고 있다. 기상청 예보에선 오는 11일까지 비 소식이 없다. 이 때문에 일각에선 올해 장마가 평년보다 일찍 끝날 것이란 전망이 나온다. 다만 기상청은 “애매한 상황”이라며
