これv3.5.0でだいぶ改善されてギリ現実的な値（2分程度）まで短くなったけど、初回起動時以外でも同じだけ時間かかるのについては改善してないのでまだちょっとめんどくさいかも
ただサーバーの再起動がかかると15分待たされるようなことは無くなったので、とりあえず開発を進めることはできるようになった
