色々調整した結果、Misskeyフロントエンドのビルド時間が10秒を切った
現行約27秒 → Viteバージョンアップで約12秒 → 微調整を行うことで約9.5秒

あと普通にバックエンド側の読み込み処理に間違いがあったのでそれを修正しつつ、持つデータ量を最低限に抑えてバックエンドのメモリ使用量も削減した
