So on Thursday, I was cycling in London when a pedestrian crossed into the segregated cycle lane without looking, with no warning.

I crashed into him and then spilled onto the pavement. I’ve got a radial head fracture and a bruised rib, but otherwise okay, as was the guy I hit.

My bike is fine 👍
