この記事は「ビール Advent Calendar 2025」の12月1日の記事として投稿します。ちなみにワタクシの今年最初のアドベントカレンダー記事です。 adventar.org 注ぎ手の華麗な所作 カウンターの中にある水の中に沈んだグラスを取り上げて水を切る 良く清掃され輝いているからディスペンサーのドラフトタワーのところにグラスを持っていく 「一度注ぎ」でバランス良くビールと泡を同時にグラスに注ぐ。 少しはみ出た泡を泡切りナイフで削ぎ落とす 泡で汚れたグラスの上の方をちょいと持って・・・・ 「ちゃぽん」 氷の入った水で周りに
