元日に有志で清掃した秋葉原が再びゴミだらけになった。飲料容器や投げ捨ての吸い殻が散乱し、ゴミ箱不足も指摘されるが、自己責任で持ち帰らないマナーの欠如が主因。昔と比べ、街の雰囲気が変わり、規律意識の低下が目立つ。
