　1年前、東京都福生市の団地に不良少年が集まった。向かい合ったのは40人対20人。暴走族と不良グループによる「大げんか」とみられ、警視庁は19日、16～18歳の少年23人を凶器準備集合容疑で逮捕したと発表した。総勢60人が集まった発端は「バカにされた」だったという。
