I'm so grateful for Mujaddara as a food, that you can make it in the rice cooker so easily, that it is cheap, that it is delicious, that it is filling, that it is versatile, that it is consistently good

@cwebberChristine Lemmer-Webber ok sold, grabbed some lentils and tried it out. This is better than it had any right to be and now I have *ideas* about what to try next time.
