I had a technical problem with a website today.

I tried using the chat function to resolve the problem.

They had replaced the humans with an AI chatbot.

I couldn't resolve the problem with it.

I left the website to never return.

Problem solved.

@Em0nM4stodonEm I was ready to spend about £400 with Creality but one of their Black Friday offers had the bundle price higher than buying individually. I went to chat to try and ascertain if this was known / deliberate, and if they’d fix it, or if I should just buy individually. I went round in circles with an AI bot telling me the bundle was “better value” so I gave up and bought at BambuLabs instead!
