I was researching lenses I own while the rest of the house slept this morning, and came across this guy's blog entry, up on which I realized I own most of the gear he talks about, and I had never tried M42 on the Contax 139 Quartz / Yashica F😆. Experimentation ensued.
Unfortunately, like three of the M42 lenses I would most want to use on that body (all wide angle) have large enough rear elements that the mirror hits. A couple of keepers, though. I'll have to keep sifting; I have a mountain of M42 lenses.
I also discovered that my Zenit B is still loaded, film type unknown. 😬 I guess it's ISO100 now.
