Has anyone else heard of Postal Mail being blocked to the US, from a European country, while trying to buy postage for sending a letter to the US?

Is this a software glitch? Or something else?

One of the wonderful people who was trying to send me a letter back, as part of my #StickersAndStampt project, ran into difficulties at their local Post Office. And we're both puzzled about it.

Update: It's possibly because of the crazy and unclear Tariffs the Odious Orange Toad inflicted on us all.
