こういうともすれば哲学に結びつく質問に、定型的な答えを言えなかったらダメということ自体がナンセンスな教育なんですわ

参観日の人権授業で人権とは何でしょうかと聞かれた子が「ご飯を食べれること」と言ったらバチボコに叱られてた。曰くそんなものは人権ではない、授業中にふざけるなと。正解は「思いやり」でした。間違ってない＼＼生存権！／／人権概念は自由権と社会権の2つに大別され、社会権のカテゴリーの中に生存権も属します。日本国憲法では第25条において明文化されています。"思いやり"は倫理や道徳の範疇で議論されるべきものであり、法学において扱う概念ではありません。
