I believe that hosting a sprint is immensely valuable — both personally as a member of the developer community and more broadly as a member of society.

I would like to thank Donghee Na and Tian Gao for opening sprints at PyCon Korea 2025 and PyCon Taiwan 2025.

When I first came back from PyCon US and declared, “Let’s hold a sprint!”, many people asked, “Why should we do that?”
