The thing with RSS is you see all these people going "I love RSS! I want more RSS content!" But I've made RSS-facing apps before and nobody used them. I can't help but suspect people *want to live in a world where RSS is used* more than they *want to use RSS*. I have no idea what kind of cost/benefit analysis to apply to adding RSS outputs to a thing. If I RSSify a thing I don't know who would use it, and if someone tells me they'd use it, I don't know how to tell if I trust them
@mcc Weirdest RSS thing I want is to be able to get an RSS feed in my Mastodon feed. Not an RSS feed _of_ my Mastodon feed, but to be able to subscribe to the Dork Tower RSS feed, or the Astor Theatre Session RSS feed and have it show up in my Mastodon feed organically. It'd be way more helpful than whatever Google Reader replacement I'm currently on.
Sad thing is that I'm pretty sure I've got the skills to do it myself, but with everything else going on, just haven't got around to it yet.
