警察が背任の疑いで告発されていたミン・ヒジン前ADOR代表に対して不起訴（送致しない）決定を下したことが、MBNの取材で確認されました。
株主間契約の金を払いたくないからって背任容疑をでっちあげ。パンのスラップ訴訟シリーズ第1弾、失敗の巻ってことで、祝🎉
儲かったら追い出すというのがパン常套のやり口らしいが、まったく汚らわしい。
自分の株不正で検察に追われる身になって、本当によかったね。因果応報。
