If you wanted to use some kind of Web UI library/component/framework that was paid, would you ever pirate it if you could get access to its source?

B: I might pirate for projects where I wouldn't have paid anyway (e.g. private/personal) or briefly to evaluate it
C: I'd never pirate. If can't afford it, I look at other options
