교수 임용의 최악 코스. 관련된 학과 교수는 물론 외부심사위원, 조정위원까지 둘둘말려 박살난다. 한번 일어면 그 학교에서 임용장난은 근절된다. 국립대 임용과정이 지나치게 경직 된 것도 이런 소송 걸리면 빠져나갈 안전장치 때문이라고 하던데, 인천대는 공립대에서 국립대법인 전환한 학교인데 이전에 걸린 적이 없었나?
