I was trying to update the screenshot of MacWWW on Wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MacWWW) with a better quality version but ran into a whole slew of weird edge cases. I didn't realize that commons.wikimedia.org doesn't accept fair use images, so even though this is a screenshot of software from over 20 years ago it is considered "intellectual property" that needs the "authors" permission. This whole system is so bureaucratically obtuse its amazing.
