had to install `noto-fonts-core` to see @northJason Parker (he/they)'s https://ဪ.com Burmese test domain on mnt flavored debian and already installed `fonts-noto-cjk` the other day to see @hongminhee洪民憙 (Hong Minhee) 's korean posts. I think we should probably move to shipping all the noto base fonts tbh
