I've been working (well, whenever I have the time between work and my child) on a Mastodon client called Coho (https://coho.place)! This is based on an old client I built a few years back, but completely rebuilt with a new name, etc. Coho is still early and you will encounter bugs, but if you're looking for a fast, cross-platform, fully featured Mastodon app that just works anywhere and everywhere, even when offline or on a slow network, Coho is what you're looking for!
