Apparently if you search for spout2pw on Google you get a result that claims to be Twitter, Facebook, *and* GitHub at the same time (and is actually a t.co Twitter shortlink to GitHub but the direct GitHub result doesn't appear on its own).

What is going on with Google search these days???
