day one on the trvthclear-armed submarine
the pressure gauge reads close enough to what it should at this depth. nobody dares mention that little bit of ‘error’. we all feel it.
could the ocean itself want that ‘treasure’ in the heart of this vessel? it doesn’t matter really. this space cleft within these sturdy walls has remained through a decade of use. at least thats what i keep telling myself.
im already counting down the days for my time here to end. the shielding is a joke and the navy prohibits more than 2 years total of proximity to a source of trvthclear radiation. that’s probably far too liberal but no submarine this crucial could function with faster turnover.
