뭐 그 법적으로 유급휴가를 줄 필요는 없는데요...
근데 법적인 의무가 없다는거랑 사회통념에 맞다는 다른 문제고... 형제자매는 잘 모르겠는데 자녀상은 유급휴일로 해주는게 통념 상 맞지 않나...? 조금 당혹스럽긴 한데
