이건 학과, 본부, 총장이 한 마음 한 뜻으로, 누구도 배신하지 않을 거라 굳게 믿으며 목표를 향해 돌진하지 않으면 불가능한 과정입니다. 예를 들어 학과에서도 이렇게 소위 “나가리”를 시킨 다음에 본부가 교수 TO를 안 주면 그냥 기회가 날아가요. 참으로 엄청난 신뢰와 단결력입니다.
