cloudflare caused a fun bug for april fool's day! ๐Ÿช

due to an overly proactive filter rule intended to block a vulnerability in apache camel, cloudflare's WAF policy overzealously blocked innocent URLs containing the word "camel". this meant that certain packages could no longer be installed from NPM, some stackoverflow pages with "camel" in the title could not be loaded, etc.

cloudflare incident: cloudflarestatus.com/incidents
NPM issue: github.com/npm/cli/issues/8203

this isn't the first time cloudflare has caused an issue with NPM, either (although this one is really NPM's fault): github.com/npm/cli/issues/836#
