　鹿児島市のレコード会社が2023年12月に亡くなった歌手、八代亜紀さんのCDを「フルヌード写真」付きで発売すると発表し、波紋を呼んでいる。八代さんの出身地、熊本県の木村敬知事は16日の定例記者会見で「許しがたい。（発売を）中止すべきだ」と批判。識者はリベンジポルノ防止法に抵触する可能性を指摘する。
