　兵庫県赤穂市の赤穂市民病院で2020年1月、手術中に神経を誤って切断されて重度の後遺障害を負ったとして、女性患者（80）と家族が、市と松井宏樹執刀医（47）に約1億4000万円の賠償を求めた訴訟の判決で、神戸地裁姫路支部（池上尚子裁判長）は14日、市と執刀医に約8900万円の支払いを命じた。
