Experienced my first layoff today. Would have preferred to leave on my own terms, but at least the severance affords a little room to search for the right next thing.

Turns out there’s also a strong ex-lassian community as well - that’s being very generous with the offers of leads and referrals for all affected.

Onwards and upwards! (After a few weeks to decompress and bone up on my interview skills)
