We started having wifi issues at home started last week after a power outage.
I called the internet provider for support. They said our modem is too old, so they sent us a new one.
Got the new modem. But wifi is still bad.
Not only that, this new modem is too new that even their own network management app couldn't recognize the model.

Today I got on the call with them for 1h38m. Their "fix" is to upsell and make me subscribe for more services for better wifi range. ๐ก
