I ordered an office chair for online. It is a discounted refurbished chair of some high end variety.

Two weeks later, the chair arrived, it has slots for 5 wheels but there were only three in the box. So we are missing two wheels.
I wrote to customer support to complain.
They said they're addressing it and sent a new package.

Another two weeks later.
Package arrives.
It contains only one wheel.

I thought I'm buying office furniture, not 28 Days Later x Office dramedy.
